Articles, interviews and reviews between art and mass culture

16,00

A journey that Claudio Musso began in the early 2000s and continued through different writings, speeds and perspectives.
Exhibition reviews, interviews with authors and broad essays, published on editorial platforms such as Artribune, Digicult or in volumes of art criticism such as “Frontier. The Line of Style”.

The book is divided into two sections: STREET, the container and content of contemporary poetics; TECHNOLOGY, the key theme of a plurality of experiences and research.
From 1923, the year in which Jesus Raphael Soto was born, to 1991-91, the years in which the younger authors, Linda Alborghetti/Marco Bellini, were born.

These are the two temporal poles of a transgenerational journey full of encounters with, among others, Ericailcane, Isidore Isou, Takashi Murakami, Vincenzo Agnetti, Jordan Wolfson.
But also with George Brecht, Franco Vaccari, Grazia Toderi, Evan Roth and Stefano Arienti.

From the interest in the historical avant-garde and the “Neo” avant-garde of the 1960s to contemporary times «by combining the continuous testing of the validity of concepts and theories with the detection of the mass diffusion of intentions and purpose».
