The system, which presupposes an active intervention by the Customer, has been created in full compliance with the regulations on remote sales and in particular with Article 50 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions).
The use of the remote sales process described in these general conditions of sale is reserved exclusively for consumers as defined in Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Customer” and “Customers”).

Application field
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded remotely through the www.libriaparte.it website and must be carefully reviewed by the Customer before completing the remote purchase procedure for the products ordered. It is understood that placing a purchase order through the website www.libriaparte.it implies knowledge and full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Order
All orders can be placed through the website www.libriaparte.it by selecting any of the products images and following the steps and instructions specified on the website itself.
Once the payment procedure has been completed by the Customer, www.libriaparte.it will promptly communicate acceptance of the order, reserving the right to inform the Customer within the following 10 days of the impossibility of processing the order, which will be followed by immediate cancellation of the order.

Prices
The price of the books published on the site is relative to the single book, expressed in Euros, VAT is charged to the publisher per art. 74, paragraph 1, letter c), D.P.R. 633/1972 and the Decree of the Ministry of Finance of 9 April 1993.
Upon acceptance of the order, the Customer receives written confirmation containing information about the products ordered, the amount paid, details of the price and the estimated date of shipment.

Payment Terms
Customers can only make payments through the PayPal intermediary service.

Delivery
All Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer, only after regular payment of the order has been made.

Shipping costs
The shipping cost on the Italian is free of charge and is included in the cover price indicate.
At the time of ordering, the Customer can opt for express delivery within 24 hours by paying the sum of 7 euros.
The shipping cost for non-Italian countries is 20 euros.

Right of withdrawal and return policy
The Customers may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 54 of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
The Costumer must, therefore, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal referred to above, return the products in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery.

Conditions of integrity
It is only possible to return an item purchased on www.libriaparte.it if it is in the same condition in which you received it.
Libri Aparte, a trademark of the company &1 lab snc, reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the above conditions. In such cases, the goods will return to the sender, at the shipping address originally provided.

Refund
When a product is returned, Libri Aparte will ensure that it is undamaged.
The Customer will then receive an e-mail confirming the success of the return and the date by which the corresponding amount will be returned.

Libri Aparte, a trademark of the company &1 lab snc, is the owner of the database containing the personal data of its customers.
When an order is placed by a new Customer via the www.libriaparte.it website, the database is updated with the data of each new Customer, which will subsequently allow the Customer’s needs to be met in the best possible way and assistance to be provided.
The collection and processing of data are carried out by the provisions contained in consolidated Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”).

Force majeure
The performance of services by Libri Aparte, a trademark of the company &1 lab snc, may be suspended in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure that prevent or delay their execution.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, health emergencies, war, riots, strikes and supply problems attributable to third-party suppliers.
Libri Aparte, a trademark of the company &1 lab snc, will inform the Customer of the occurrence of an accident event or force majeure within 7 (seven) days of their occurrence.

Governing law
These general sales conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of the contract, Customers have the right to protect their interests, through a consumer association according to Article 140 of the Consumer Code, or to initiate an out-of-court settlement procedure for resolving consumer disputes according to Article 141 of the Consumer Code.
In any case, the Customer shall have the right to take legal action to resolve disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of the contract.
In this case, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
