Pornografica

A book dedicated to explicit erotic drawing that brings together sixteen authors belonging in different ways to the field of comics, illustration and drawing: Armin Barducci, Cesko, Gianluca Costantini, DePica, Leonardo Guardigli, Jaime Lascimmia, Angelo Mennillo, Minimalab, Marino Neri, Nicoz Balboa, Paper Resistance, Claudio Parentela, Filippo Pirini, Thomas Ray, SS-Sunda, Niccolò Storai.
Created as a tribute to the first year of activity of the homonymous blog created by Leonardo Guardigli, a young comics author: Pornografica – explicit art is a decomposable leporello book, consisting of a cover and two internal fold-outs, the size of a school exercise book and the consistency of a drawing.
The works presented are in black and white and colour, with a broken rhythm in which images of different sizes and cuts alternate in an uninhibited and disorienting graphic guise.

Pornografica – explicit art is a small and precious anthology of the pornographic image, an erotic album of contrasting imagery, fantasies, explicit phrases and forms, a tribute to uninhibited and unprejudiced expression, at times vulgar and others simply obscene. It is a suspension of modesty and thought in which even the very titles of the drawings help to define the most diverse situations.
